About the job:

Test Framework Development Supervisor plays a key role in building and maintaining automated testing frameworks, improving QA processes, and ensuring product releases meet global quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of Test Automation Engineers, managing project planning, task allocation, execution, and delivery timelines.

• Define, develop, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with product requirements.

• Provide technical leadership and governance to ensure efficient execution, quality standards, and effective communication across teams.

• Analyze testing results, identify risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

• Establish and promote automation best practices, testing methodologies, and framework reusability.

• Support resource planning, budgeting activities, and selection of software and hardware tools required for testing activities.

• Prepare project status reports, highlighting key achievements, risks, challenges, and mitigation plans.

• Mentor, train, and develop team members, enhancing technical competencies and fostering career growth.

• Manage team performance, resolve conflicts, and promote a collaborative and innovative working environment.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, automation tools, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirement:

• 7+ years of experience in test automation, including extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, and managing automation frameworks.

• Previous experience leading or supervising technical teams within an R&D or product development environment.

• Strong expertise with automation technologies such as Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, TestComplete, or equivalent tools.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript.

• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience developing automated solutions for complex software and embedded systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
