Role & Responsibilities:

Drives bold, brand-aligned content strategies across digital channels.

Develops and leads full-funnel content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.

Conducts deep audience research, market trends, and competitive analysis to guide content direction.

Partners cross-functionally with creative, SEO, media, product, and social teams to deliver unified content plans.
-
Crafts cohesive, high-impact campaigns with creative, SEO, product, and media teams.
-
Owns content calendars, messaging frameworks & campaign storytelling.
-
Leads TikTok strategy across clients — from trend research to on-brand execution.

Tracks performance, pulls insights, and continuously optimizes for growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

4+ years in digital content strategy, with at least 1–2 years hands-on experience managing TikTok campaigns, creators or influencers.

Deep understanding of TikTok trends, culture, platform mechanics, and audience behavior.

Experience working within a media/advertising agency or creative production environment.

Exceptional storytelling, content planning, and campaign ideation skills.

Ability to analyze performance data and optimize content based on insights.

Comfortable presenting strategies and creative ideas to clients.
