About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Industrial Sales Manager to lead business development and client relationship management in the industrial real estate sector. This role will focus on leasing warehouses, factories, and logistics facilities to local and international clients, ensuring revenue growth and maximizing occupancy across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive leasing of industrial properties (warehouses, factories, logistics facilities).

  • Identify and approach prospective clients, including manufacturers, logistics companies, distributors, and e-commerce players.

  • Manage the full leasing cycle: prospecting, site tours, proposal negotiation, contract closing, and after-sales service.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate tenants, real estate agencies, and key stakeholders.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to provide insights for business development.

  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to ensure effective property promotion.

  • Achieve leasing targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.

  • Mentor and support junior sales/leasing staff (if applicable).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or related fields.

  • At least 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in industrial real estate, leasing, or related sectors (logistics, manufacturing solutions, etc.).

  • Strong network with corporate clients, industrial park developers, and real estate agencies.

  • Proven negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Fluency in English (both spoken & written); additional languages are a plus.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
