The Company:
Role & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementations and upgrades of Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.

Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Configure and customize Business Central modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory.

Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions through standard functionality or customization recommendations.

Lead workshops, training sessions, and UAT with key users and stakeholders.

Prepare functional documentation including FDDs, user manuals, and test cases.

Work closely with technical consultants and developers to ensure the successful delivery of custom features and integrations.

Support data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement guidance.

Mentor junior consultants and support country manager with resource planning and reporting.
Requirements:

8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central, including multiple full-cycle implementations.

Strong functional knowledge of core BC modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Projects, etc.).

Proven experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and business analysis.

Solid understanding of standard accounting principles and ERP best practices.

Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment under tight deadlines.
