The Company: Our client is one of the leading multinational corporations in FMCG consulting in Vietnam.
Role & Responsibilities:
Manage projects from initiation to delivery within agreed timelines and client KPIs.
Communicate with clients via various channels, including face-to-face meetings, email, and live chat.
Generate innovative proposals to pitch new ideas to clients.
Monitor order status, shipping progress, and facilitate exchanges.
Track and report on client KPIs efficiently.
Address client complaints, inquiries, and product information requests.
Investigate the root causes of issues and provide timely updates and resolutions.
Adhere to professional and unbiased conduct in all interactions.
Utilize selling techniques to upsell or cross-sell products.
Adapt quickly to changes and learn new tools to enhance efficiency.
Manage sales order processes, shipping, and invoicing.
Handle online exchanges and address product issues.
Reconcile sales invoices and address accounting exceptions.
Prioritize tasks and provide recommendations to solve problems.
Provide regular status reports and collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of client support experience.
Experience in a fast-paced environment with high order volume.
Track record in managing client relationships and supporting the other teams as finance, operations, purchasing, etc …
Proficiency in communication and presentation skills.
Experience in managing premiums, POS, and print products is advantageous.
Experience in handling premiums and POS materials for the dark market.
English: Intermediate and Mandarin Chinese proficiency is desirable.
