About the job:
The role focuses on functional SAP, business process alignment, and system improvement, working with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure smooth ERP operations and ongoing system optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business teams to understand operational requirements
- Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA to end users.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve ERP-related functional issues.
- Handle incident management and user requests related to SAP modules.
- Escalate complex issues and collaborate with external service providers when needed.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in SAP ERP functional roles. Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Hands-on exposure to at least one SAP module: MM, SD, or PS (others are a plus).
- Proficiency in English and ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
