Role & Responsibilities:

Inspire and lead the Sales team to consistently deliver top performance

Define sales targets and activity goals for individual team members

Facilitate regular training and professional development for the Sales department
-
Join critical client and internal meetings alongside Sales team members
-
Collaborate with the Sales Director on account management strategies
-
Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance the sales process
-
Analyze the market to uncover potential customer segments
-
Participate in monthly strategy sessions with senior leadership
-
Manage the full recruitment and selection process for sales roles
-
Represent the company at industry events to attract new business opportunities
-
Serve as the organization’s representative at sales functions and conferences
-
Prepare and present monthly reports on sales performance vs. budget, highlighting variances
Requirements:
-
Possess at least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role
-
Demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams, preferably within the banking or insurance sectors or immigration
-
Ability to deliver professional sales training is highly desirable
-
Strong record of meeting sales goals and contributing to business growth

Excellent leadership capabilities with the talent to motivate and guide sales teams
-
Collaborative mindset and a customer-oriented approach in team environments
