The Company:
Our Client is an iconic Hospitality brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Vietnam and Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy aligned with commercial and growth objectives.
 - Strengthen brand positioning through creative storytelling, design consistency, and campaign excellence.
 - Oversee digital ecosystem including website, CRM, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid media to drive direct bookings.
 - Manage public relations, influencer collaborations, and partnerships to enhance visibility and reputation.
 - Lead loyalty and customer engagement programs to build retention and advocacy.
 - Optimize marketing spend and measure ROI, ensuring commercial impact and cost efficiency.
 - Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, and communications functions.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; MBA preferred.
 - 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
 - Proven record in multi-property or lifestyle brand marketing; hospitality background preferred.
 - Strong digital marketing, analytics, and brand strategy expertise.
 - Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
 - Fluent in English and Vietnamese; regional exposure advantageous.
 - Willing to travel regularly to property locations nationwide.
