Regional Finance Director

The Company:

Our Client is an iconic Hospitality brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Vietnam and Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial operations, reporting, and governance across corporate and property levels.
• Partner with leadership on investment decisions, capital planning, and long-term financial strategy.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee procurement, vendor management, and cost optimization initiatives to ensure high flow-through margins.
• Maintain full compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements.
• Champion digital finance transformation (BI dashboards, system automation, budgeting tools).
• Lead and develop multi-property Finance and Procurement teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CPA/ACCA/MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience, including 5+ years in a senior or multi-property finance leadership role.
• Proven success in profitability improvement, cost management, and systems implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese; hospitality experience preferred.
