QA Automation Supervisor (Software)

QA Automation Supervisor (Software) plays a key role in building and maintaining automated testing frameworks, improving QA processes, and ensuring product releases meet global quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Software Test Engineers in planning and managing automation strategies, tasks, and delivery timelines.

• Define, develop, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks covering functional, regression, and performance testing.

• Monitor project progress, analyze test results, manage risks, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (SW, HW, Mechanics, Test, etc.) to align testing activities with product requirements.

• Provide technical mentoring, training, and performance feedback to team members

Requirement:

• Minimum 5+ years experience in designing and managing automation frameworks.

• Solid understanding of software development life cycle, CI/CD practices, and automation best practices.

• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks (Robot Framework, TestComplete, or equivalent)

• Good communication skills and ability to work in an international/global environment

• English proficiency (spoken and written)
