Overview:

This role will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, understanding customer needs, defining product strategy, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products that create business value.

Role & Responsibilities:

Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify product opportunities and emerging trends.
Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and development priorities.
Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with Engineering, Business Analysis, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Translate customer needs and business goals into scalable product solutions.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve product effectiveness and user experience.
Develop business cases and implementation plans to support product growth and adoption.
Drive product initiatives from concept to launch and ongoing optimization.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles within a software company.
Experience working on B2B software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or enterprise technology products is preferred.
Experience working with Inventory, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Financial Management modules in ERP systems.
Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into product requirements.
Experience building product roadmaps, managing stakeholders, and leading cross-functional collaboration.
