Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning

Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals by validating the P&L and overseeing the full deployment of offers from start to finish.

Take part in margin calculations and ensure profitability is maintained.

Lead negotiations with suppliers and partners to secure favorable terms.
Project Deployment

Ensure and actively participate in measuring customer satisfaction through appropriate tools and feedback mechanisms.

Drive project development by coordinating efforts across teams to meet contractual commitments, and prepare evaluations (internal/external) when needed to capture lessons learned.

Build and maintain strong internal networks to support customer satisfaction.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing validations, and ensuring clear communication (both internal and external), including organizing steering committees.

Collaborate closely with Event Managers on partner integration within the context

Be available for occasional travel as required by project needs, oversight, or coordination.
Project Execution

Work alongside the Key Account Manager to serve as the bridge between the client and different areas of expertise, including events, digital, print, communications, social media, legal, and selection.
Key Requirements:
- Have at least 5 years of working experience in partnership/ sales and in leading end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, follow-up, and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and propose practical solutions.
- Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Effectively manage competing priorities and make informed decisions based on business impact.
- Communicate proactively and transparently with partners and other stakeholders, adapting messaging for different audiences.
- Anticipate risks, identify blockers, and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain high attention to detail in execution, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence.
- English proficiency both speaking & writing is a MUST
