Operations Director - Retail

Serve as a core member of the Board of Management, providing strategic direction and leadership.

Oversee store operations to meet financial targets, control costs, and ensure operational excellence.

Develop and execute commercial and multi-channel strategies (HoReCa, Trader, Services, Offices) aligned with overall business goals.

Set and manage store budgets and performance targets within the company’s strategic and policy framework.

Implement customer relationship management to enhance retention, ROI, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure product availability, inventory efficiency, and high operational standards in all stores.

Lead safety, security, and loss prevention efforts to protect assets and improve performance.

Support business expansion, including capital expenditure planning, in alignment with growth strategy.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, and government agencies.

Lead and develop the operations team, fostering talent through appraisals, succession planning, and training initiatives.
