National Sales Manager (HCM/HN) - Remote
About the job
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of Gilchrist & Soames products and services in Vietnam through full-cycle sales activities: prospecting, lead qualification, presentations, pricing, negotiation, and closing.

Build consultative relationships to understand hotel clients’ needs and propose tailored amenity solutions.

Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and market growth.

Develop and execute strategies to expand revenue, market share, and key accounts, in coordination with the Regional Sales Director.

Forecast sales, manage territory pipelines, and maintain accurate CRM records and reports.

Stay informed on company products, solutions, and industry trends.

Identify business opportunities, define success criteria, and create actionable plans.

Support the Regional Sales Director with sales targets, marketing strategies, and business development initiatives.

Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Business major in sales or marketing
- 10+ years sales experience includes the hospitality industry-oriented sales experience.
- Have experience to involve in hotel management
- Native Vietnamese speaker with fluent English skill
- Experience in working for an international company in Vietnam
