About the job

The Company: Our Client is an iconic F&B brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Execute effective sales strategies to maximize market share and achieve revenue targets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Regularly monitor sales performance, key KPIs, market trends, and competitor activities; provide comprehensive updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage sales budgets efficiently to support business goals and ensure optimal ROI.
  • Drive the development and execution of distribution strategies to build a strong nationwide network.
  • Work closely with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers across the FMCG industry to grow market presence.
  • Engage regularly with existing customers, distributors, and vendors to gather feedback on product and service quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to enhance brand visibility and product availability.
  • Lead, inspire, coach, and develop team members to achieve business objectives and their individual growth goals.
  • Foster a feedback-driven culture by actively seeking and providing constructive input to and from team members and leadership.
  • Analyze sales data and deliver monthly performance reports and actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years in FMCG sales, with proven experience in Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, and Distributor Management
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving business results
  • Experience in Sales & Distribution planning and Trade Marketing execution
  • Background in multinational FMCG companies preferred (Regional Sales Manager or Sales Director level experience a plus)
  • Experience with DMS (Distributor Management System) implementation is advantageous
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
