Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage MAS projects, including customer communication, subcontractor coordination, and timely delivery of services.

• Research and provide advisory on Country of Origin (CoO) and Country of Destination (CoD) regulatory requirements.

• Ensure compliance with the latest global and local market access regulations.

• Coordinate across internal business units to build an efficient and scalable MAS service portfolio.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support clients through technical training, workshops, and up-to-date regulatory insights.

• Optimize customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality, accurate, and cost-effective service delivery.

• Contribute to continuous improvement processes and promote operational excellence.

• (Optional) Participate in Factory Inspection activities upon certification and qualification.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Market Access Services or international approval projects; alternatively, 5+ years in a TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) environment.
• Knowledge of international compliance schemes, regulatory affairs, and QMS (Quality Management Systems).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
