About the role:
The Marketing Director is responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and execution to drive business growth and revenue. The role oversees key marketing functions including digital marketing, content, events, contact center, and business development, ensuring integrated, data-driven campaigns that generate qualified leads and strengthen brand presence. This position also leads cross-functional teams, drives marketing innovation and operational excellence, and partners closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Lead the overall marketing strategy and execution, aligning local initiatives with regional and global business objectives. Drive integrated digital marketing, event marketing, content, contact center, and business development functions to generate leads and support business growth.

Own marketing performance, KPIs, budget, ROI, and operational governance, using data-driven insights to optimize business outcomes.

Identify new growth opportunities through partnerships, emerging channels, and marketing innovation while strengthening brand presence and customer engagement.

Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to influence strategy, improve marketing effectiveness, and share best practices.

Lead, coach, and develop a multi-functional marketing organization, fostering high performance, innovation, and continuous capability building.

Ensure effective financial management, vendor governance, compliance, and operational excellence across all marketing activities.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

10+ years of marketing experience with strong expertise in digital marketing, including performance marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, and organic growth.

Proven success in developing integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, events, and customer engagement to drive lead generation and business growth.

At least 5 years of experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.

Strong commercial, analytical, and financial acumen, with experience managing large-scale marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in English and Vietnamese.

Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
