Role & Responsibilities

Define and implement the AI strategy in line with company objectives.

Lead AI research, development, and deployment across products and services.

Oversee AI team operations, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business processes.

Stay updated on AI trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices across all initiatives.

Evaluate AI project outcomes and continuously optimize AI models and solutions.
Requirements:

Proven experience in AI leadership or senior AI/ML roles.

Strong technical expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, or related AI fields.

Demonstrated ability to manage AI projects from concept to deployment.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams.
-
Experience in scaling AI teams and initiatives is a plus.
