About the job
Key Responsibilities:

Drive regional marketing and communications initiatives to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement nationwide.

Collaborate closely with content, editorial, and commercial teams to develop integrated promotional campaigns and sponsorship strategies.

Take ownership of marketing KPIs and budget management, ensuring efficiency and performance optimization.

Build, coach, and lead high-performing marketing teams to support sustainable capability growth.

Lead healthcare-related business initiatives, including market analysis, investment assessment, and project development.

Develop and manage partnerships with both local and international stakeholders to support business expansion.

Set up and oversee functional teams to deliver projects effectively and achieve commercial and operational objectives.
Key Requirements
- Open for expats only who have working experience in SEA

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum 4 years of management-level experience in luxury fine dining restaurants.

Creative, innovative mindset with the ability to introduce new ideas to drive revenue growth.

Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office and related tools).

Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.

Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.

Proactive, customer- and business-oriented professional with a polished and pleasant demeanor.
