Our client is an iconic global technology brand driving innovation, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into system solutions using Business Central.
- Configure and customize Business Central to meet client or internal requirements, especially in modules like Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing (as applicable).
- Lead or support end-to-end ERP implementations or upgrades.
- Create functional specifications for technical development when customization is required.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) with key users.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
- Document business processes, configurations, and training materials.
- Stay updated with new features in Business Central releases and recommend enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business or a related field.
- From 3-5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, or Manufacturing.
- Experience with full-cycle Business Central implementations or upgrades.
- Proficiency in writing functional documentation and training manuals.
- Good English communication skill, analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
