Functional Consultant

The Company:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into system solutions using Business Central.
• Configure and customize Business Central to meet client or internal requirements, especially in modules like Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing (as applicable).
• Lead or support end-to-end ERP implementations or upgrades.
• Create functional specifications for technical development when customization is required.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) with key users.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
• Document business processes, configurations, and training materials.
• Stay updated with new features in Business Central releases and recommend enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• From 3-5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, or Manufacturing.
• Experience with full-cycle Business Central implementations or upgrades.
• Proficiency in writing functional documentation and training manuals.
• Good English communication skill, analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
