About the role: This role is responsible for leading a high-performing development team, optimizing our market expansion strategy, and forging alliances with major commercial partners to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead national network planning and site development across key cities.

Drive strategic partnerships and alliances to support business growth.

Build and mentor a high-performing development team with strong execution focus.

Implement efficient development systems and asset management processes.

Analyze market and real estate trends to shape expansion strategy.

Refine business models and strategies to align with evolving market needs.
Key Requirements:
- Over 5 years of sales experience in any industry, with at least 2 years at the management level, leasing experience is preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required.
- Strong skills in conflict resolution and stakeholder management, with proven business acumen and expertise in development system design and optimization.
- Highly driven and goal-oriented, demonstrating a passionate, hands-on approach and a strong commitment to delivering results.
