Role & Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee end-to-end project development activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives from initiation to completion.

Provide strategic direction on investment opportunities and growth initiatives, supporting informed decision-making at corporate level.

Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory standards and internal governance requirements.

Manage overall planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and performance monitoring to secure successful project delivery.

Represent the company in dealings with strategic partners and relevant external entities.

Drive cross-functional collaboration to support operational effectiveness and sustainable development.

Build and lead a high-performing team, promote risk management, and report to senior leadership.
Requirements:

At least 10 years of experience in project development or related fields, including senior leadership exposure.

Proven success in managing large-scale initiatives from strategic approval to completion.

Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks, financial analysis, and partnership structuring.

Established networks with key stakeholders and ability to influence senior decision-makers.

Fluent in English with strong strategic thinking, leadership capability, and resilience in demanding environments.
