Customer Services Manager (Chinese speaking)

Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, ensuring effective communication and strong relationships across all locations.

Oversee lease compliance and ensure tenants follow operational standards and company policies.

Engage regularly with tenants to address needs and resolve higher-level issues.

Support fit-out and move-out processes in collaboration with property teams.

Coordinate with the Admin team on billing and assist in managing overdue payments.

Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders for efficient operations.

Fluent in Chinese —both written and spoken (mandatory); proficient in English and Vietnamese for internal and external communications

Bachelor’s degree or above

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate, logistics, or commercial/industrial property management

Strong knowledge of customer service best practices and property operations

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Detail-oriented with strong task prioritization and organizational skills

Customer-first mindset with a professional and open attitude

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
