The Company:

Our client is an iconic inspection brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct social compliance audits per client procedures and company’s guidelines
• Deliver clear, accurate audit reports and summaries
• Uphold confidentiality and professional integrity at all times
• Coordinate with QA, Operations, and Client Managers to ensure audit expectations are met
• Support team members during audits and contribute to continuous improvement
• Attend required training and remain up to date on standards and protocols
• Travel as required, sometimes on short notice
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Technology, Environmental Management, Human Resources, or English
• Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) – Required
• Minimum 3 years experience conducting social audits
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• High integrity, reliability, and ability to work independently
• Willing to travel extensively
