Plan and manage Vietnam-specific content across social platforms.

Craft engaging local narratives and campaigns that drive attention, relevance, and trust.

Build and grow online communities around key user segments (e.g., freelancers, entrepreneurs, buyers).

Initiate and support partnerships with local creators, influencers, or digital communities.

Monitor platform trends and audience feedback to inform new content and campaigns.

Support PR and brand awareness initiatives through storytelling and outreach.

Organize or assist with offline activations such as events, meetups, and community experiences.

Track performance metrics and optimize based on audience insights.

6+ years of experience in social media, community building, or brand/content marketing.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.

Deep familiarity with Vietnam’s digital culture, online trends, and social platforms.

Ability to build content and community strategies from the ground up.
-
Creative judgment and a love for storytelling — visual, written, and social.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic teams or startup environments.

Experience managing external partners such as creators, influencers, or local vendors.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
