About the job
About the Role: The Country Manager will be responsible for managing the overall business operations of the company in the South. This role requires strategic direction, leadership, and business acumen to drive growth, optimize operational efficiencies, and ensure the company’s success in the local market. The Country Manager will report to the Regional CEO and will work closely with various functional teams, including marketing, sales, supply chain, production, and finance.
Key Responsibilities:

Integrate and streamline business units in Vietnam to ensure cohesive operations and long-term profitability. Lead and oversee company activities, ensuring all affiliates operate efficiently and align with corporate goals.

Structure, manage, and coordinate teams, processes, and partnerships while adhering to company policies and values.

Develop and execute business strategies, including contingency plans, while synchronizing corporate objectives with local operations across HR, finance, marketing, and administration.

Collaborate with the head office to prepare budgets, quarterly and annual reports, and long-term strategic frameworks to optimize business performance.

Conduct in-depth market and supply research to evaluate trends, competition, and demand, selecting products that align with business goals.

Drive sustainable and profitable partnerships by implementing strategic business initiatives.

Monitor industry developments, expansion opportunities, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with employees, clients, suppliers, and business partners.

Oversee market performance and risk management while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Enhance operational efficiency and productivity by optimizing structures, sourcing, procurement, and marketing investments, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
Key Requirements:

Seeking a seasoned professional with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field and 15-20 years of experience in sales, marketing, finance, and operations within the Food Manufacturing industry, ideally in Vietnam.

The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning and analytical skills to drive impactful sales and marketing initiatives, along with expertise in finance, budgeting, supply chain, and people management.

Proven leadership abilities are essential, with the capability to inspire teams and collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.

A deep understanding of the Vietnamese market, including consumer behavior, regulations, and competitive dynamics, is required.

The candidate should be results-driven, focused on achieving business targets and fostering growth. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is necessary for clear and effective communication of complex ideas.
