About the Role: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and scale a fast-growing retail chain. The CEO will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and ensuring sustainable growth across all outlets. This role requires strong leadership, deep commercial acumen, and hands-on experience in the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership

Define and execute long-term business strategies aligned with company vision and market opportunities.

Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities, including new store openings, franchising, or market entry.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in coordination
Operations Management

Ensure efficient, scalable, and profitable day-to-day operations across all stores and business units.

Optimize supply chain, procurement, and logistics processes to enhance cost-efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Implement and monitor KPIs to track performance, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Sales, Marketing & Customer Experience

Drive top-line growth through effective sales strategies, brand positioning, and marketing campaigns.

Foster a customer-centric culture and continuously improve the in-store and digital customer experience.

Leverage data and market insights to anticipate consumer trends and adapt offerings accordingly.
Team & Culture Building

Lead, coach, and develop the senior leadership team to deliver business objectives.

Build a strong performance-driven and value-aligned company culture across all levels.

Drive internal communications and alignment across departments and geographies.
Governance & Stakeholder Management

Represent the company to investors, partners, regulators, and key stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and industry regulations.

Report business performance and strategic updates to the Board of Directors
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive leadership role (CEO, MD, COO, etc.) in the retail industry.

Proven track record of scaling multi-unit operations and achieving significant business growth.

Strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
