About the Role: The Chief Operations Officer will oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across multiple retail/F&B outlets, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and strategic alignment with the company’s goals. The COO will implement best practices, streamline processes, and foster a customer-centric culture to drive growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Lead expansion plans, including new store openings, franchising, and regional growth.
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Operational Excellence:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs, increase productivity, and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all locations.
- Financial Management:
- Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and control operating costs to achieve financial targets.
- Analyze financial reports and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team to maintain high performance and accountability.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and service quality.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Customer Experience & Quality Control:
- Develop and enforce quality standards to maintain a superior customer experience across all outlets.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms and resolve escalated service issues.
- Monitor market competition and adapt operational strategies accordingly.
- Technology & Innovation:
- Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline operations, such as POS systems, inventory management software, and CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the finance department to maintain profitability and achieve financial objectives.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in F&B or retail operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record in managing multi-location retail/F&B operations.

Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and implement scalable processes.
