About the job
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support the President/Rector or Board in translating academic and institutional strategies into operational plans.
- Lead cross-functional planning to align operational priorities with long-term institutional goals
2. Campus Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day non-academic operations, including facilities management, student services, IT, procurement, and administrative support.
- Ensure optimal use of campus resources and maintain compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards.
3. Financial Oversight & Resource Allocation
- Work closely with the CFO to manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation for operational units.
- Monitor operational KPIs and cost efficiency across departments.
4. HR, Talent & Organizational Development
- Partner with HR to lead workforce planning, performance management, and development of operational staff.
- Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and service orientation.
5. Process Optimization & Technology Integration
- Identify and implement systems and processes to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve student/staff experience.
- Drive digital transformation and integration of technology into university operations.
6. Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to policies, government regulations, and accreditation requirements.
- Oversee risk mitigation strategies and business continuity planning.
7. External Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, government agencies, and community partners on operational matters.
- Support strategic partnerships that require operational alignment (e.g., international programs, joint ventures, campus development).
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, Finance, or a related field (required)

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, administration, or strategic management

Prior experience in the education sector is highly preferred

Experience with school/ university/ college governance, accreditation processes, and compliance

Proficiency in English
