Our client is an iconic leading tech firm with significant ambitions to scale their presence. As the business accelerates, the company is seeking a forward-thinking Finance & Accounting leader to strengthen financial governance, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Financial Management & Accounting Operations:

Lead, organize, and oversee all accounting and financial activities, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and accounting standards.

Develop, improve, and maintain accounting systems, financial processes, and internal documentation for accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency.

Manage accounting books, financial records, tax reports, and financial statements for the organization and its subsidiaries (if any).

Supervise, train, and develop the accounting team, fostering a professional, efficient, and collaborative working environment.
2. Strategic Finance Advisory:

Provide timely and accurate financial analysis, management reports, and insights to support strategic business decisions.

Identify financial risks and propose solutions to optimize cash flow, control costs, and enhance financial performance.

Participate in annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
3. Process Improvement & Digital Transformation:

Recommend and implement digital tools, automation solutions, and modern accounting technologies (e.g., ERP systems, AI, BI) to enhance productivity and data accuracy.

Ensure data protection, compliance, and financial information security within digital systems.
4. Compliance & Internal Controls

Establish and maintain strong internal control systems to ensure the legality and validity of financial transactions.

Work professionally with tax authorities, auditors, inspectors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; strong preference for CPA/Chief Accountant certificate/ACCA or equivalent.

5–8+ years of experience in accounting, including senior management roles.

Strong understanding of financial governance, compliance, and corporate structures.

Proven capability in financial analysis, strategic planning, and process optimization.

Proficiency with ERP systems and data analytics tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
