About the Role

• We are looking for a commercially driven CEO to lead the launch of a new education venture in Vietnam. This is an opportunity, requiring end-to-end ownership of setting up operations and delivering a successful school opening.
• The role can be based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive overall business performance, including full P&L responsibility
• Manage licensing processes and regulatory compliance to ensure successful market entry
• Oversee capital development and coordinate with project developers
• Lead student recruitment and enrolment growth strategies
• Ensure the school is launched on schedule and within budget
• Build and lead the organization, including hiring key leadership roles
• Appoint and partner with a School Principal to oversee academic operations

Requirements

• Proven track record in leading greenfield, startup, or expansion projects (education or related sectors preferred)
• Strong commercial mindset with hands-on P&L management experience
• Ability to engage effectively with local regulators, developers, and investors in Vietnam
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and motivated by building and scaling new ventures from scratch
