This role is responsible for owning and stabilizing end-to-end digital business processes, ensuring smooth daily operation of ERP, CRM, and connected systems after go-live.The position acts as the local process and system owner, working closely with business teams and central/external partners to maintain data quality, resolve operational issues, and continuously improve system performance across core transactional flows.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary local owner for daily operations of ERP, CRM, and connected digital systems.

Work closely with business teams to understand operational requirements and process dependencies.

Investigate, analyze, and resolve system incidents, data issues, and process deviations across end-to-end flows.

Own and stabilize system integrations with internal and external platforms (e.g. logistics partners, customer interfaces, reporting tools).

Translate technical or integration issues into clear business impact and propose corrective actions.

Escalate complex or systemic issues and coordinate with central teams or external service providers when required.

Train end users and new joiners, and maintain local procedures and operating guidelines.

Consolidate enhancement requests, assess business value, and support continuous system and process improvement initiatives
Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines.

Has experience in roles related to business process ownership, ERP/CRM operations, or digital operations support.

Hands-on experience operating ERP systems post go-live (ERP as part of daily business operations, not project-only roles).

Strong understanding of end-to-end transactional processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Invoice-to-Cash.

Experience working with ERP platforms (SAP or equivalent) and exposure to CRM or connected systems is an advantage.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
