This role is ideal for candidates with experience in ERP/CRM deployment, business process execution, operational support, and stakeholder coordination who thrive in fast-paced, transformation-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP / CRM Deployment & Execution
- Support end-to-end deployment activities for Service systems and operational processes.
- Coordinate rollout plans, deployment schedules, testing activities, and go-live readiness.
- Monitor deployment progress, track risks/issues, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
Business Process & Operational Support
- Ensure stable post-go-live operations across business workflows and transactional processes.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, data inconsistencies, and system-related incidents.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to maintain process continuity and system effectiveness.
User Adoption & Change Management
- Conduct user training sessions, onboarding activities, and operational workshops.
- Develop user guides, SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
- Support change management initiatives to drive system adoption and operational readiness.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a key liaison between business users, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, and external partners to align project execution.
- Facilitate communication between local teams and regional stakeholders during rollout activities.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Identify process gaps, operational bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support KPI tracking, reporting dashboards, and operational performance monitoring.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice sharing.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Has 4+ experience in roles related to ERP/CRM implementation or support, Business process operations, Digital transformation projects, Change management or deployment coordination.
- Experience with ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
- Exposure to post-go-live support, rollout stabilization, or operational process management.
- Experience in retail, distribution, franchise, or service operations is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both stakeholder management and cross-functional.
- Fluent in English.
