About the role: The Business Manager will act as the key link between field operations and HQ, ensuring consistent service quality and operational alignment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage regional field operations and drive student conversion performance across offices and partner channels.

Achieve regional targets by developing channel partnerships and expanding market presence through regular travel.

Ensure field teams follow standard processes and maintain service quality.

Coordinate with HQ, business units, and HR to align operations, training, and support needs.

Support and execute regional marketing activities in collaboration with central marketing teams.
Requirements:

High-energy professional with experience in overseas education or a related industry.

Minimum 3+ years in overseas education.

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.

Proven people management experience, particularly with field-based teams.

Quick learner with the ability to grasp domain knowledge.

Strong communication skills with attention to detail and operational discipline.
