Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business strategies to drive sustainable growth, revenue, and profitability.

Monitor financial and operational performance regularly to optimize costs, margins, and overall business efficiency.

Identify potential business, market, or operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.

Oversee daily operations across sales, marketing, customer service, and service delivery to ensure smooth execution.

Improve internal processes and manage resources, budgets, and assets effectively to maximize ROI and service quality.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and support new product or service development.

Build and strengthen partnerships within the education ecosystem, including industry stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Requirements

5–8+ years of experience in business management, strategy, or operations, including leadership experience at Business Unit Head/ C-level level.

Proven track record in building, scaling, or managing business growth.

Strong background in sales, marketing, customer experience, and operational management, preferably in service industries (education, training, consulting).

Strong commercial mindset with solid analytical and financial management capabilities.

Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Strong English communication skills.
