Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic client engagement, market expansion, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing impactful proposals, and building long-term partnerships that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead business development activities, including client engagement, proposal development, and pitching solutions aligned with client needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and campaigns tailored to client budgets and objectives.

Design and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and optimize team performance.

Identify market trends and growth opportunities, evaluating risks and client requirements to drive business expansion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Lead, coach, and motivate team members to enhance performance and support business goals.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or client-facing roles within marketing, advertising, or related industries.

Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strategic, results-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in English; experience in fast-paced environments or performance/e-commerce planning is an advantage.
