Brand Manager responsible for driving business growth through go-to-market strategy, digital demand generation, E-Commerce, and cross-functional commercial execution.

Our client is a European multi-industry company based in HCMC
Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial and marketing strategies for assigned business segments, ensuring alignment between global direction and local market execution.
- Drive business growth and profitability through strategic planning, budget management, pricing analysis, and performance optimization.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including customer targeting, channel development, and commercial activation initiatives.
- Manage digital marketing and demand generation activities to support lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Oversee CRM processes, sales pipeline coordination, and lead conversion initiatives to enhance commercial effectiveness.
- Monitor and optimize marketing investments and channel performance through data-driven analysis and ROI evaluation.
- Manage external agency partnerships and marketing vendors to ensure effective campaign execution and business impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Distribution, and other stakeholders to support integrated business and commercial objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective action plans to achieve business targets and market growth.
Key Requirements:
- 4–5 years of progressive experience in brand management, commercial marketing
- Demonstrated ownership of a brand, category, or product P&L
- Proven track record of connecting marketing investment to measurable commercial outcomes: revenue, leads, conversion, or market share.
- Experience working with digital agencies, E-Commerce platforms, or performance media channels in a commercially accountable capacity.
Key Skills:
- High proficiency in data interpretation, commercial dashboarding, and performance analytics. Comfortable with Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, or equivalent. Able to build a business case independently from raw data.
- Working knowledge of performance marketing and E-Commerce platform mechanics.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority. Clear, concise presenter at senior level. Comfortable operating in both English and Vietnamese.
