​Thu started her working career in Talent Program as Management Trainee in a big MNC and has had 7 years working experience in Sales, Marketing and Recruitment. Prior to CGP Vietnam, Thu worked as a Senior Consultant in Industrial Sector covering Building Construction, Garment Textile, Machinery and Professional Services in a big headhunting company.

Thu joined CGP Vietnam as Manager of Sales & Marketing team who will continue her passion in supporting candidates to find suitable career opportunity and leverage candidate’s development as well as supporting clients in market mapping and successfully hiring talents.

Besides, she wants to create a dynamic and fun Sales & Marketing Team in CGP Vietnam and hope to bring more talented recruitment consultants to join our organization!
