Mitch Goddard
Associate Director - Finance, HR & Legal
Mitch originally comes from Australia and began his career in Retail management. In 2016, he made the move to Japan, where he entered the recruitment field, focusing on Finance and Insurance industries. Two years later, in 2020, Mitch relocated to Vietnam.
Before joining CGP Vietnam, Mitch held the role of Manager – Commerce Finance in a global headhunting company. In this position, he managed finance and accounting placements across various industries and achieved global recognition as a top performer and Manager of the Year.
Now, as a part of our team, Mitch will be leading our Finance, HR & Legal sectors. He will be instrumental in driving strategies for talent acquisition and building strong partnerships in these key areas.
