About the job

The Company: Our client is an ambitious health-tech startup aiming to elevate their Vietnam business to new heights.

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Head of Growth, you will play a crucial role in leading your efforts in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role will be pivotal in expanding our user base, increasing overall user engagement with our health-tech solutions, and driving the company’s growth. You will have the opportunity to shape the roadmap, prioritize features, and drive the successful delivery of products that will revolutionize our industry.

You will be responsible for:
• Develop and implement comprehensive user growth marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify key growth opportunities and set actionable goals to drive user acquisition and retention.
• Develop and execute initiatives to increase user engagement and retention.
• Implement strategies for user feedback collection and leverage insights to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Optimize spending to achieve the best return on investment (ROI).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Stay informed about industry developments and integrate relevant insights into marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in user growth marketing, preferably in the health-tech or technology sector.
• A proven track record of developing and executing successful user growth strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Fluent in English with strong communication.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
