Role & Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning:

    • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.

    • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and effective communication.

  • Resource Management:

    • Allocate and manage project resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

    • Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal performance.

  • Budget Oversight:

    • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.

    • Identify and mitigate budgetary risks to prevent cost overruns.

  • Risk Management:

    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

    • Proactively address issues and challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables.

    • Conduct regular reviews and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

  • Stakeholder Communication:

    • Maintain open and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Provide regular project updates, address concerns, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Regulatory Compliance:

    • Stay informed about and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits governing wind energy projects.

    • Coordinate with regulatory agencies as necessary.

  • Project Documentation:

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and lessons learned.

  • Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:

    • Ensure that all project activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

    • Implement and monitor safety protocols to minimize workplace incidents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management with relevant Certification.

  • Proven experience managing wind energy projects from initiation to completion.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
