Role & Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, setting clear objectives, and facilitating professional development.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, educational institutions, and industry partners to drive collaboration and business opportunities.
• Identify and explore new revenue streams, strategic partnerships, and market segments to capitalize on untapped potential.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product development and enhance the company’s value proposition.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of messaging, campaigns, and lead generation efforts.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets, preferably in the Edutech or technology sector.
• In-depth understanding of the Edutech landscape, market trends, and evolving educational needs.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a history of developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
