Role & Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, setting clear objectives, and facilitating professional development.
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, educational institutions, and industry partners to drive collaboration and business opportunities.
Identify and explore new revenue streams, strategic partnerships, and market segments to capitalize on untapped potential.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product development and enhance the company's value proposition.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of messaging, campaigns, and lead generation efforts.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets, preferably in the Edutech or technology sector.
In-depth understanding of the Edutech landscape, market trends, and evolving educational needs.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a history of developing high-performing sales teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
