Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Trade Marketing strategies across multiple channels including GT, MT, E-commerce, and other emerging channels to drive sustainable business growth
- Generate actionable insights across channels, customers, and categories to support Sales and Marketing in developing effective business plans
- Develop and implement category growth strategies, Go-to-Market plans, and Joint Business Plans aligned with overall business objectives
- Manage trade investment, including budget allocation, ROI tracking, and performance evaluation to ensure effective resource utilization
- Drive channel performance and contribute to overall P&L delivery while ensuring profitability and sustainable growth
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and distributors to ensure strong execution, product visibility, and customer engagement
- Lead demand planning, forecasting, and inventory coordination with Supply Chain to ensure optimal stock availability
- Develop integrated trade calendars, promotional plans, and activation programs across channels
- Drive data-driven decision making through business analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
- Lead commercial support functions including sales operations, reporting, incentives, and sales systems (DMS/CRM/SFA)
- Manage and develop Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, and Analytics teams to enhance organizational capabilities
- Monitor market dynamics and field execution, providing recommendations to improve sales productivity and customer experience
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and business alignment
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields. MBA is a plus
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods industry
- At least 5 years of managerial experience leading Trade Marketing or Commercial teams
- Strong experience in managing multi-channel operations including GT, MT, E-commerce, and other channels
- Proven expertise in category management, channel strategy, and sales execution
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, reporting, and business performance tracking
- Solid understanding of trade investment management and ROI optimization
- Experience working with distributors and managing nationwide operations
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong business acumen with understanding of P&L and commercial decision-making
- Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of English communication
