As the Total Rewards Manager, you'll hold a central role in shaping the compensation and benefits framework within the organization. Your duties will encompass crafting competitive structures while staying abreast of market dynamics. Your expertise will be pivotal in offering guidance to diverse teams to create customized compensation packages. Additionally, you'll oversee the coordination of IT and administrative units to ensure seamless office functionality. Your adeptness in data analysis will be instrumental as you scrutinize data, compile reports, and contribute to budgeting efforts. Furthermore, you'll spearhead communication efforts to apprise employees of changes through various channels including materials and training sessions. Lastly, you'll manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts to optimize services.

Responsibilities:

  • Design competitive structures, analyze market trends, and ensure accurate payroll processing

  • Provide consultancy to Compensation & Benefits teams in subsidiaries for tailored compensation packages

  • Create and manage benefits programs, enhance offerings for back office, sales, and operations

  • Lead IT and administrative teams for smooth office operations

  • Analyse data, prepare reports and assist in budgeting

  • Inform employees about changes, provide materials, conduct training sessions

  • Maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and optimize services

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field

  • Strong experience in compensation and benefits management

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization

  • Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and regulations
