The Company:
Our client is a nationwide distributor specializing in lighting solutions and electrical lighting equipment, currently expanding their business through a structured telesales model.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Develop telesales business strategy for wholesale distribution channel
• Build sales plans by month, quarter, and year to achieve business targets
• Analyze customer database, call performance, and sales effectiveness
• Design telesales scripts and standardized sales processes
• Build, manage, and develop telesales team performance
• Train and coach telesales team to improve sales capability
• Implement business plans and drive execution across the team
• Monitor KPIs, sales targets, and team productivity
• Report business performance and propose improvement solutions to leadership
• Build and optimize telesales operating systems and workflows
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth sales operations
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing telesales or sales teams
• Strong capability in planning and building sales strategies
• Strong analytical skills with business data and performance metrics
• Good leadership, organizational, and execution skills
• Experience managing telesales team of 15–20 members are preferred
• Experience in wholesale/distribution channel is a strong advantage
• Experience building structured sales systems is highly preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Result-driven with strong business mindset
