The Company:
Our client, a leading Consumer Electronics company, is looking for a results-driven Head of Telesales to lead its telesales operations and accelerate revenue growth.
Role & Responsibilities:

Build and execute telesales strategy to achieve business targets.

Recruit, train, and manage telesales teams with clear KPIs and performance reviews.

Develop call scripts, customer engagement processes, and conversion improvement initiatives.

Monitor daily activities via CRM; ensure accurate reporting of sales pipeline and results.

Drive customer retention and upselling programs through structured telesales campaigns.

Analyze customer feedback and competitor activities to optimize sales approach.
-
Manage telesales budget and ensure efficiency of cost per acquisition.

Create a positive, high-performance culture within the telesales team.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

7+ years of experience in telesales or inside sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong track record in scaling telesales teams and achieving conversion targets.

Familiar with CRM systems, telesales tools, and data-driven performance management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
-
Fluent in English.
