The Company: Our client is a globally reputable manufacturing group with a strong footprint in precision engineering and premium components serving the global cycling and performance sports equipment sector.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver regular technical training sessions for customers in Vietnam and Cambodia
- Follow up and manage customer warranty claims and submissions
- Provide onsite technical troubleshooting and resolve issues at customer factories
- Prepare, maintain, and continuously improve technical training materials
- Translate technical documents and training materials between English, Vietnamese, and Mandarin
- Create and maintain an updated customer database
- Support company events, exhibitions, and technical demonstrations
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Experience: From 2 years of experience as a Service Engineer or Technical Support Engineer, demonstrating strong technical knowledge of automotive components and specifications.
- Language: English & Chinese communication
- Possess a valid driving license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willing to travel frequently within Vietnam and Cambodia
- Comfortable presenting and communicating with large groups and stakeholders at all levels
