Key Responsibilities
Technical Service Support
-
Provide hands-on technical support related to maintenance, diagnostics, and repair for truck and bus vehicles at partner service shops.

Support service operations for key vehicle components such as braking systems, air conditioning, lubrication services, and tire-related technical services (mounting, balancing, alignment, retreading, etc.).

Troubleshoot technical issues and support resolution of customer complaints to ensure high service quality.

Conduct technical training sessions for dealer technicians and service teams.
Service Network Development

Support the implementation of standard operating procedures and service standards across partner workshops.

Conduct on-site visits, technical audits, and service quality evaluations at service shops.

Work closely with workshop owners to identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Partner & Business Development

Support the development and expansion of the authorized service partner network.

Assist in evaluating potential service partners and support onboarding of new workshops.

Monitor service performance and key business indicators at partner locations and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

3–5 years of hands-on experience working with commercial vehicles (truck/bus), vehicle maintenance, or workshop operations.

Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance tools.

Experience in technical training, dealer support, or field service is highly preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with service partners and workshop owners.

Proficiency in English communication (spoken and written).

Willingness to travel frequently for field visits and dealer support activities, and candidates can be based in either Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi.
