The Company: Our esteemed client is a global leader at the forefront of providing cutting-edge solutions in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and refrigeration industry. Renowned for their commitment to pioneering energy-efficient technologies, we are currently in search of a dynamic Sales & Application Engineer with a profound understanding of industrial fans. This individual will play a pivotal role in steering business growth within the vibrant market of Vietnam, leveraging their expertise in industrial fan applications and technologies to drive strategic initiatives and foster client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Generate and cultivate sales opportunities by both nurturing existing accounts and cultivating new ones, with the overarching goal of meeting the company’s sales targets.
  • Take ownership of all sales-related activities, with a particular emphasis on retrofit sales within the designated area, and implement targeted strategies to drive sales and meet predetermined goals.
  • Monitor and oversee the entire sales process meticulously, ensuring seamless progression towards finalizing sales transactions.
  • Forge strong and collaborative partnerships with consultants and main contractors involved in various projects.
  • Effectively manage, provide service to, and expand the client base, particularly focusing on Contract Manufacturers.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics).
  • 2-5 years of experience in build environment & HVACR industries will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese and English
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic market and industry changes
